TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To make a reservation, please call 01253 311 312 or use our "Book Now!" button at the bottom of the screen. To secure your reservation, you will be required to pay a non refundable deposit equal to one night stay. The payment can be arranged over the phone using a credit or a debit card. Once the payment has been completed, we will send you a confirmation including the terms and conditions and the receipt.
For any stay overlapping rate periods (the price per room applied will be based on the first night stay.
Unfortunately, the period features of the building don’t allow us to cater for wheelchair users.
Any Person suffering from any mobility impairment is welcome and should notify us at time of reservation.
If the payment cannot be taken for whatever reason, the reservation will be cancelled and you will be notified.
The balance is payable on arrival by card. We reserve the right to charge an admin fee for card payments. We will also require a Photo ID to complete the registration.
Any cancellation more than three days before will incur no further charges. Should you cancel your reservation less than three days before the beginning of your stay, the proprietors will charge the full balance on the method of payment used to secure the reservation without any further permission being required.
Failing to arrive at our hotel after reserving a room and paying a deposit, is considered a “No Show”. The proprietors reserve the right to charge the full balance on the method of payment used to secure the reservation without any further permission being required.
Guests leaving early will lose the cost of the remainder of their holiday unless agreed with the proprietors.
Check-in is between 14:00 and 20:00. Earlier arrivals are possible by prior arrangement.
Accounts must be paid on arrival by cash (photo ID will be required) or credit/debit card. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard. Guests will be required to present a photo ID and a credit / debit card at time of check-in. If the guest is unable to do so, we will try to transfer the reservation onto another party member who can provide photo id and credit / debit card. If a solution cannot be found, the reservation will be cancelled.
Breakfast is served in our dining room between 08:30 and 09:30. No allowance can be made for meals not taken.
Check out is 10:30 at the latest. Late checkout may be available at a small extra cost (if this is required please enquire as soon as possible). We can also hold your luggage after check out until your are ready to leave Blackpool.
The guest whose name is on the booking form is responsible for the actions caused by any of the party during the stay. Any loss, damage or soiling to the hotel property accidental or otherwise, will be deducted from the guests credit/debit card, the person whose name is on the booking form is liable for the damage. The cardholder will be informed of such transaction.
On arrival and entering your room you must inform us immediately if there is any damage or items missing in your room.
Hotel Rouge is a non smoking hotel and guests are kindly reminded to respect this. However, the proprietors reserve the right to charge a fee of £100 on the method of payment used to secure the reservation if any guests in the party are found smoking or suspected of smoking (i.e. room smelling of smoke after departure). This includes electronic cigarettes and vaping devices.
The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is a part to that contract cause any detriment to the well-being or comfort of other guests, or causes damage to the hotel and its fixtures and fittings.
For insurance purposes, and on the advice of the fire officer, only guests known & accepted at check in are permitted in the bedrooms. Failure to adhere to this may result in an extra charge and termination of your booking.
We are a licensed premises and only food & drink purchased within the hotel may be consumed in the bedrooms.
We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to guest's property unless handed in for safekeeping and signed for by the proprietors.
Lost keys are charged at £100.00 per set, which the guest agrees that such payments may be taken direct from the method of payment used to secure the reservation, without any further permission being required.
You have 24 hour access to the Hotel. Rooms are serviced between 11-2pm: if we do not have access to your room between these hours, it may not be serviced.
Any balance outstanding on departure from the hotel must be paid in full before leaving. We reserve the right to use your debit or credit card without further request to cover any outstanding balance.
We endeavour to provide you with the best possible experience. However, please bring to our attention any failings during your stay as soon as possible so we can take the appropriate measures.
The Use of internet is limited to general search facilities and email. No large files will be downloaded or any activity slowing down the hotel’s broadband for other users. Any guest slowing down the network will be asked to come off line immediately. The guests take full responsibility of the use of / downloading of items viewed and should obey by UK laws. Hotel Rouge has no responsibility for guests’ usage and viewing of any material.
